1. Introduction & Definitions

l344 is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between l344 and its users. Below are some key definitions that are used throughout this document:

• Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum) → total ৳31,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 wagered, after which bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Operating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits, sharing bonuses with others, or using artificial wagering strategies is strictly prohibited. If such activity is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 Other Promotions

In addition to the welcome bonus, l344 offers various promotional deals from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced.

5. VIP Program

The l344 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular active participation. l344 will give advance notice if the terms of VIP benefits change.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l344 platform:

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Placing bets or making deposits using a third party's account.
• Accessing the platform using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Bonus washing or applying artificial wagering strategies.

l344 may suspend or close an account and forfeit all balances and bonuses as a result of any of the above activities.

7. Gaming Services & Fair Play

7.1 Types of Services
